Submitting an application that performs functions other than those detailed by the application's description is strictly forbidden. Applications that contain malicious code, expose and/or exploit a vulnerability, or surreptitiously transfer data to another party will not be processed.

Prohibited submissions include, but are not limited to, software and files that fall under the following categories: online gambling, adult-themed, password crackers and security circumvention tools. Files containing spyware are expressly forbidden. Adware and all ad-supported programs must be denoted as such by selecting the "Ad-Supported Freeware" option in the Price selection box on the next page of this form.
